By checking this box, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand the training and record keeping requirements of Section 2-109(B) and/or Section 2-110(C) of the Illinois Human Rights Act.  You further acknowledge and agree that it is an employer’s sole responsibility to ensure that employees working in the State of Illinois are provided sexual harassment prevention training that complies with Section 2-109 and/or Section 2-110(C) of the Illinois Human Rights Act.   You further acknowledge that Frontline, in its capacity as a  third-party training vendor,  bears no liability whatsoever.
