As an account executive for FrontlineCo clients, Tina Harth manages marketing, public relations and event planning initiatives. After working as a Communication Specialist for the Illinois Senate for three years, and starting her own successful business in 2015, the Buck Fastpitch Academy, Harth has acquired a diverse set of skills and experiences in the communications field across both the public and private sector. She brings innovative ideas and passion to every project and client she takes on, and is always ready for a challenge. Harth graduated with her B.A. in Communication/Political Science in 2013, and M.P.A. in Public Administration and Certificate in Nonprofit Management in 2018, from the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS). Additionally, she is very active in the Springfield and St. Louis nonprofit communities, where she volunteers for several community organizations and serves on several advisory boards.
Kim serves as President of FrontlineCo and leads the firm’s association management practice. Since 2002, her exacting standards, relentless energy, and commitment to excellence have helped grow FrontlineCo from two employees to 13, with many national awards along the way. Kim, a Certified Association Executive (CAE), offers a vision for association client service that focuses on member services and recruitment, financial and database management, communications, continuing education and building strategic alliances.Formerly the Executive Director of the Illinois Capital Development Board, she directed the state’s $3 billion capital program for four years. Her list of public sector accomplishments also includes successful initiatives to advance organ donation in the state, lower the state’s drunk driving threshold, increase minority participation in state purchasing, and lead the state’s construction agency as it built the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library. She’s considered an expert in the construction field, and clients know they can count on her to be straightforward and disciplined.

Ryan brings a decade of experience to Frontline having worked in both the legislative and executive branches of state government. He has led advocacy efforts at the local, state and federal levels and has worked in the fields of agriculture, business, and transportation. Ryan received his B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Springfield.
Senior Account Executive
Liz Vogt leads our Regulatory and Government Affairs team where she constantly focuses on ways to amplify our clients’ voices in policy-making arenas. Vogt loves to learn and ask questions and she completely immerses herself in the issues facing our clients. She is a skilled researcher and relationship-builder; our clients trust her expert analysis and ability to develop and execute strategic action plans to advance their interests. Vogt joined FrontlineCo in June 2018 after six years in Illinois state government and three years directing the policy & advocacy efforts of a surgical society. She earned a BA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and holds an MA in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Springfield.
Finance and Data Specialist
Jill Gordon serves as a finance and data specialist at FrontlineCo and works to streamline data management, operations and processes to ensure FrontlineCo’s clients are running at maximum efficiency. Gordon has decades of experience both in data management and in customer service most recently from her past role as patient service specialist at Memorial Physician Services. Additionally, Gordon’s past experience leading key initiatives from conferences to trainings at Illinois Emergency Management Agency has contributed operational expertise to FrontlineCo’s team. She graduated with a Master of Public Administration at University of Illinois at Springfield in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science and Economics in 1993.
As an account executive for FrontlineCo clients, Katy Winnett leads initiatives on marketing, membership services, continuing education and event planning. Winnett has six plus years working in the association management industry. Prior to joining FrontlineCo, at her previous firm, she served as the director of marketing and communications and focused her efforts on marketing, fundraising, membership, and other key tasks as assigned. Among developing and overseeing all marketing efforts Winnett has secured financial support from sponsors and exhibitors averaging $450,000 per year. She graduated with a Bachelor of Marketing at Illinois State University in 2009. Additionally, aside from work, she is involved with numerous organizations within the local community where she volunteers her time and serves on various committees.
Sadie joined the FrontlineCo team in March of 2017. She serves as an Account Executive and delivers media relations and public relations expertise for FrontlineCo clients. She came to FrontlineCo from Olson Engage, where she provided media relations, social strategy, internal communications, and more services for clients including MillerCoors, PepsiCo Recycling, the Kraft Heinz Company Foundation, and Wrigley through the company’s competitive corporate internship. Prior to Olson, she completed the Illinois Legislative Staff Internship program at the Illinois Senate in Springfield where she served as a key media and outreach strategist. Sadie, a Springfield native, graduated from the University of Alabama in May 2015 majoring in public relations and minoring in political science.

Associate Account Executive
After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a BA in marketing, Ariana joined the FrontlineCo team as an intern in June 2017. During her internship, she exercised her capabilities through key projects that helped launch and excel client initiatives. By August, Ariana was brought on as a full-time employee where she cares for newsletters, outreach programs, and other marketing projects for FrontlineCo’s key clients.
Brett leads FrontlineCo’s award-winning Graphic Design & Publications team with work that is professional, unique, and just plain cool. Brett’s work consistently helps Frontline clients tell their story and break out of the ordinary. Brett led the design initiative to create Frontline’s submissions that won national “Association Trends All-Media Contest Awards” in 2016 and 2009. Brett earned a BA in Graphic Design from Robert Morris University.
Jan serves as a strategic advisor for FrontlineCo clients in the healthcare industry. A proven innovator in policy and a proven leader in developing strategic alliances, Jan works to help strengthen clients’ positions in their industry and with policymakers. Prior to joining Frontline in 2011, she served in management, public relations and strategic planning at the highest levels of Illinois public policy makes her a valued resource for Frontline clients. For nearly 25 years, she held leadership positions in state government where she directed both the Illinois Capital Development Board and the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency, including the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. She also formerly directed the state’s award-winning organ donor program and managed communications for the Illinois State Library. Jan earned a BS in Communications from the University of Illinois, and an MA with a focus on Children and Media from the University of Illinois-Springfield. She is a past president of the Springfield Chapter of the Association of Women in Communications. For a Frontline client, she led an initiative to develop a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) that became one of four national winners of an Innovations Grant from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE.)
Director of Meetings & Events
Veronica leads FrontlineCo’s Meetings & Education Team and oversees conventions, tradeshows, meetings and special events. Since joining Frontline on 2003, she has planned more than 500 events for our clients with a negotiating prowess that helps Frontline find savings for our clients. She strives for professional excellence, earning designations as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP). Prior to joining Frontline, she coordinated statewide conferences and events, as well as facilitated public-private partnership relations for the Office of the Illinois Lieutenant Governor. She earned a BS in Supervision/Personnel Management from Purdue University-Calumet.
As the associate director for a Frontline client, Lara leads initiatives on membership services, continuing education and event planning. Prior to joining Frontline, Lara worked for the University of Memphis Alumni Association. She was also a program assistant for the Memphis in May International Festival, where she helped facilitate a cultural exchange between the city of Memphis and a different country each year. Lara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Memphis.
Sara serves as executive director of a FrontlineCo health care client, working with its Board and our team to deliver exceptional member services, quality educational opportunities, industry leadership and advocacy on public policy issues. As director of Conventions and Marketing for the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies, Sara previously headed a team that created a whole systems interactive tool to help community action agencies improve processes and plan for the future. A one-time high school art teacher, Sara earned a BFA in Art History from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Sara serves as the Treasurer of the Central Illinois Foodbank and is a member of the Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln Young Philanthropists.
Eric leads FrontlineCo’s public relations and public affairs division. He draws on his years of experience as a broadcast journalist and media advisor serving clients that include a Fortune 10 corporation, statewide associations, universities and governmental agencies. Previously, Eric served as Press Secretary to Illinois Governor Jim Edgar, and he served as a senior media advisor to state and federal elected officials and campaigns. His experience includes extensive work with leading media organizations in Chicago and throughout Illinois as well as Washington D.C., and major television networks. Eric earned a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MA in Public Affairs Reporting from the University of Illinois at Springfield.
Jeannine serves as a liaison to our association members, providing services related to membership and continuing education. Prior to joining FrontlineCo, Jeannine worked for Mid-West Family Broadcasting radio group as an account executive, utilizing her media and branding expertise to help turn good local businesses into great local brands. Jeannine’s extensive marketing and public relations experience includes fourteen years as a shopping center marketing director with Simon Property Group. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Chief of Staff
Micah serves as Chief of Staff and offers experience as executive director for key FrontlineCo association clients. He leads Frontline’s Member & Client Services Team, implementing exceptional service to clients in the areas of member services, governance, education, government policy and technology. He works to advance legislative policies at the federal and state level on behalf of Frontline clients. Before joining Frontline in 2008, Micah served as a policy adviser for senior issues for the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. He also served as Manager of Network Development for Donors Forum. He earned a BA in Political Science from Western Illinois University and an MPA from the University of Illinois at Springfield.
