Kim Robinson
President

Kim serves as President of FrontlineCo and leads the firm’s association management practice. Since 2002, her exacting standards, relentless energy, and commitment to excellence have helped grow FrontlineCo from two employees to 30, with many national awards along the way. Kim, a Certified Association Executive (CAE), offers a vision for association client service that focuses on member services and recruitment, financial and database management, communications, continuing education and building strategic alliances. Formerly the Executive Director of the Illinois Capital Development Board, she directed the state’s $3 billion capital program for four years. Her list of public sector accomplishments also includes successful initiatives to advance organ donation in the state, lowered the state’s drunk driving threshold, increased minority participation in state purchasing, and lead the state’s construction agency as it built the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library. She’s considered an expert in the construction field, and clients know they can count on her to be straightforward and disciplined.

Kim earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois.

Micah Roderick
Chief of Staff

Micah serves as Chief of Staff and offers experience as executive director for key FrontlineCo association clients. He leads Frontline’s Member & Client Services Team, implementing exceptional service to clients in the areas of member services, governance, education, government policy and technology. He works to advance legislative policies at the federal and state level on behalf of Frontline clients. Before joining Frontline in 2008, Micah served as a policy adviser for senior issues for the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. He also served as Manager of Network Development for Donors Forum. He earned a BA in Political Science from Western Illinois University and an MPA from the University of Illinois at Springfield.

Lara Benton Laird
Vice President of Finance and Operations

Serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations, Lara helps drive FrontlineCo policies and procedures, maintains client records, manages client technology and software and oversees many FrontlineCo projects and initiatives. Prior to joining FrontlineCo, Lara worked for the University of Memphis Alumni Association. She was also a Program Assistant for the Memphis in May International Festival, where she helped facilitate a cultural exchange between the city of Memphis and a different country each year. Lara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Memphis in 2009. Additionally, she is a devoted animal lover, and volunteers regularly with the Illinois Bulldog Rescue organization.

Senior Account Executive

Parthavi Das has over twenty years of experience in association management. She was the Chief of Staff at WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) where she oversaw strategy and operations. She was responsible for the development and execution of WICT advocacy initiatives, membership and chapter services and implementing the strategic plan for the organization. She led the PAR Initiative, WICT’s effort to measure and support the advancement of women in the cable and telecommunications industry based on Pay equity, Advancement opportunities, and Resources for work/life integration. In addition, Parthavi managed the WICT recognition awards program.

Prior to joining WICT, Parthavi worked at international telecommunications organizations where she researched telecom policy issues. She has also worked as a consultant to nonprofits helping them to advance their advocacy programs. In addition, she served on YWCA’s committee in Charleston, SC to launch their inaugural #WhatWomenBring event to the honor the top female leaders in South Carolina.

Parthavi has been recognized on CableFax’s Most Influential Minorities, Most Powerful Women and Women on the Move lists. She is a graduate of WICT’s Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. She earned a master’s degree in Telecommunication from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Northwestern University.

Parthavi serves at the Senior Director for Content and Connectivity Human Resources (C2HR), Administrator Director for American College of Physician Advisors and Administrative Manager of The Communications Network.

Account Executive

Becky comes to Frontline with experience in association and project management, business consulting, event planning and promotional product knowledge. She has helped associations and businesses in implementing strategies to reduce costs, increase revenue and improve customer loyalty. Becky is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and serves as an Account Executive for the Chicago Compensation Association (CCA) and the International Association of Exhibitions and Events – Midwestern Chapter (IAEE – Midwestern Chapter) associations.

Education Specialist

Courtney serves as an Education Specialist working to connect Frontline’s clients with the best education opportunities available. She takes an active role in the development and implementation of a variety of virtual and in-person education events as well as supporting various association’s boards and membership bases. Helton graduated from West Texas A & M University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. Additionally, she is a long-standing supporter of the local Girl Scout council where she regularly volunteers.

Sara Ratcliffe
Senior Account Executive

Sara serves as executive director of a FrontlineCo health care client, working with its Board and our team to deliver exceptional member services, quality educational opportunities, industry leadership and advocacy on public policy issues. As director of Conventions and Marketing for the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies, Sara previously headed a team that created a whole systems interactive tool to help community action agencies improve processes and plan for the future. A one-time high school art teacher, Sara earned a BFA in Art History from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Sara serves as the Treasurer of the Central Illinois Foodbank and is a member of the Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln Young Philanthropists.

Policy Specialist

Ryan brings a decade of experience to Frontline having worked in both the legislative and executive branches of state government. He has led advocacy efforts at the local, state and federal levels and has worked in the fields of agriculture, business, and transportation. Ryan received his B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Springfield.

Christine Teed joined the WMR Branch of FrontlineCo in April of 2008, providing strong administrative and customer service skills. She provides WMR associations with assistance in developing and implementing membership, programs, financial management, board support and in-person and virtual meetings.

Currently, Chris serves as the Administrative Director for The Appellate Lawyers Association (ALA), Chicago Council on Planned Giving (CCPG) and The Communications Network (TCN). Prior to joining WMR, she was the Office Manager at WERC, a non-profit association of warehouse professionals.

Alexa serves as an Account Executive for FrontlineCo health care clients, working with our clients’ boards and our team to provide outstanding customer service, member support, in-person/online educational opportunities, financial management and industry leadership. With eleven years in long-term care with Christian Horizons, Alexa managed everything from marketing, to human resources and specialized care units. Her long tenure in the health care industry brings a wealth of management experience and dynamic leadership skills to the FrontlineCo team. Alexa earned a BA in Social Work from the University of Illinois Springfield.

Senior Account Executive

Liz Vogt leads our Regulatory and Government Affairs team where she constantly focuses on ways to amplify our clients’ voices in policy-making arenas. Vogt loves to learn and ask questions and she completely immerses herself in the issues facing our clients. She is a skilled researcher and relationship-builder; our clients trust her expert analysis and ability to develop and execute strategic action plans to advance their interests. Vogt joined FrontlineCo in June 2018 after six years in Illinois state government and three years directing the policy & advocacy efforts of a surgical society. She earned a BA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and holds an MA in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Springfield.

In 2019, Emily graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting and Journalism.

Director of Meetings & Events

Veronica leads FrontlineCo’s Meetings & Education Team and oversees conventions, tradeshows, meetings and special events. Since joining Frontline in 2003, she has planned more than 500 events for our clients with a negotiating prowess that helps Frontline find savings for our clients. She strives for professional excellence, earning designations as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP). To stay current on meeting industry trends, Veronica is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP). Prior to joining Frontline, she coordinated statewide conferences and events, as well as facilitated public-private partnership relations for the Office of the Illinois Lieutenant Governor. She earned a BS in Supervision/Personnel Management from Purdue University-Calumet and has recently earned a certificate in Virtual Events & Meeting Management.

Taylor Cervantes
Bookkeeper

Taylor serves as a bookkeeper for Frontline Co., assisting with completing data entries, collecting transactions, monitoring & maintaining financial records and ledgers, paying invoices, and balancing account reconciliations. She also assists with tax filing and other responsibilities in the Accounting & Finance department with Frontline Co. In 2021 she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the University of Illinois at Springfield, and performed an internship as an auditor assistant with Sikich LLP. During her schooling, Taylor joined as a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, completing all requirements of life membership in 2020.

Before pursuing her education Taylor joined the Active Armed Forces in 2013 and served with the 82nd Airborne Division, completing a total of two tours in Afghanistan. After her contract came to an end she reenlisted for the Army Reserves and still serves with the military.

Finance and Data Specialist

Jill Gordon serves as a finance and data specialist at FrontlineCo and works to streamline data management, operations and processes to ensure FrontlineCo’s clients are running at maximum efficiency. Gordon has decades of experience both in data management and in customer service most recently from her past role as patient service specialist at Memorial Physician Services. Additionally, Gordon’s past experience leading key initiatives from conferences to trainings at Illinois Emergency Management Agency has contributed operational expertise to FrontlineCo’s team. She graduated with a Master of Public Administration at University of Illinois at Springfield in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science and Economics in 1993.

Emily serves as Data Specialist for FrontlineCo, assisting with client website upgrades, platform migrations, and data management. She is a graduate of the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in media. Her passion for computer science first led her to work for a web development agency where she gained experience in web design, user research, optimization, and branding.

Accounting Specialist

Anna joined the team with a 10-year background in Medical Office Management. While working in the medical field she found a passion for helping people and working with numbers. She assists in managing our clients accounting and bookkeeping tasks, as well as the “little” things that keep our office running smoothly. Anna enjoys collaborating and strategizing with her fellow Frontline team members, and loves a good challenge! In her spare time, she enjoys learning new cooking techniques, seeing her friends and family and hanging out with her pet bearded dragon, cleverly named, Dragon.

Jeannine serves as FrontlineCo’s marketing manager. Prior to joining FrontlineCo, Jeannine worked for Mid-West Family Broadcasting radio group as an account executive, utilizing her media and branding expertise to help turn good local businesses into great local brands. Jeannine’s extensive marketing and public relations experience includes fourteen years as a shopping center marketing director with Simon Property Group. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
