For 20 years, we have prided ourselves in being BIG thinkers and providing business solutions for small to medium-sized organizations across the country. Looking back on 2020, it was challenging for many businesses, but we found ways to pivot, innovate and grow.

On January 1 2020, we took a big leap and decided to merge with Williams Management Resources of Naperville to bolster our services and impact across the United States.  This was an excellent opportunity to expand our expertise and reach.

With this merger came a talented and experienced team of marketers, event planners, and operational and finance professionals, along with eight new clients into the operation.

In celebration of our company’s 20th anniversary, we believed this was the best time for growth and change within the company. Frontline Leadership is confident we are building a team of people to take the company and the association industry to new heights. Frontline has proven we can provide a management solution to organizations that need to trim costs, but not mission. Consolidating the resources and expertise of both FrontlineCo and Williams Management Resources has armed us with all the right tools to have continued success and longevity for the next 20 years and beyond.
