We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated interns in the fields of business operations, marketing and graphic design/videography to join our growing company. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in business, marketing or graphic design, then we want to work with you.

For our business operation internship, your work will include helping to  implement business solutions, collecting, analyzing and optimizing business data to help the company and our clients improve efficiencies, and assisting with a variety of website implementations.

For our marketing internship, your work will include preparing monitoring social platforms, conducting market analysis, developing marketing databases and developing promotional content for FrontlineCo events and new education services. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to work in our fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of business operations, marketing/research techniques and social media platforms.

For our graphic design internship, you will be working closely with our Lead Graphic Designer to assist in creating social media graphics, fliers, sponsorship package collateral, e-newsletters and conference event materials.

Responsibilities

Business Operations Internship:

  • Data entry, filing, spreadsheet management
  • Attend Meetings with the Operations Department
  • Conduct independent research on new business solutions, as directed.
  • Assist with updating client databases and websites.
  • Track and manage financial receipts.
  • Assist with updating financial coding, reports an analysis.
  • Assist with managing mailings and check deposits.
  • Staff events as needed.

Marketing Internship:

  • Assist with daily administrative duties.
  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends in the association management industry.
  • Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
  • Help with the planning, marketing and staffing events.
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.

Graphic Design Internship: 

  • Create and design print and digital materials.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline.
  • Retouch and manipulate images.
  • Use graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva) and work with a wide variety of media.
  • Help develop digital ad campaigns for clients.
  • Assist with video production for client marketing campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with the Lead Graphic Designer and Marketing Director to develop design concepts.

Requirements

Business Operations Internship:

  • Current enrollment in a college undergraduate program in the areas of Business, Business Management, Finance, or a similar field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Familiarity with budgets and other financial reports
  • Passion for learning business operations and management
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well with a team

Marketing Internship:

  • Current enrollment in a college undergraduate program in the areas of Marketing, Communications, Business or a similar field
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and teamwork skills
  • Must have a passion for marketing
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities

Graphic Design Internship: 

  • Current enrollment in a college undergraduate program in the areas of Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Good understanding of graphic design best practices
  • Some familiarity with video editing
